Gardening Workshops for Children

Get down to Dobbies for a fun-filled day out at one of our free gardening workshops (for children aged 4-10). By joining our workshops, your child will become a member of our Little Seedlings Club! Here, we help children and families to start growing, and encourage them to learn about wildlife, plants and the environment in our friendly group settings. 

Every first Sunday of the month (and special school holiday clubs), we host our famous gardening workshops for you and your Little Seedling. As well as giving you lots of garden ideas for children that you can then follow at home, we teach a whole range of exciting and educational content, using activities and games to help each little seedling learn more.   

Each attendee will be given a welcome pack containing fun stickers and a handy folder to store the activities each month.  There’s also an attendance card and each child will receive a certificate after their third, sixth and twelfth workshops.
