Parsley is a popular, easy-to-grow herb that produces an abundance of edible, tangy leaves. Flat Leaf Italian Parsley produces mid-green, toothed flat leaves which taste tangy and refreshing, and can be harvested throughout the summer.

Parsley is rich in Vitamin C and tastes great when used as a garnish for salads, seafood and pasta dishes. Harvest its leaves regularly to promote more growth. Parsley will grow well in borders or containers, in any fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
