Nasturtium (Edible) Strip

Nasturtiums are one of the quickest and easiest annuals to grow. They will reward your minimal effort with profusions of colourful flowers throughout the summer.

Nasturtium leaves and flowers can be eaten- try adding them to a salad or as a bright garnish on soups. The seeds are also edible and can be pickled and used as you would capers.
