Kohl Rabi (White) Strip

Kohl Rabi is a brassica variety with a delicious broccoli-like flavour. Also known as German turnip, it has dense white flesh, and a crips but sweet flavour.

This little-known vegetable is great for boiling, mashing or roasting. Grow in a sunny spot in fertile, free-draining soil for harvest in the summer.
