  • STEP 1 
    Load your tree into the front seat of your car, with the base in the footwell
  • STEP 2
    Keep your tree outside in water for as long as possible before you bring it inside to decorate
  • STEP 3
    When home, carefully make a fresh 5cm cut in the trunk using a saw, this should be done outside
  • STEP 4
    Remove the net and shake off any loose pine needles outside
  • STEP 5
    Position your tree in a cool, dry place inside away from direct heat
  • STEP 6
    Use a water-holding stand to keep your tree looking fresh all season long
  • STEP 7
    Check water levels daily and top up as required
