You will be notified at the basket stage whether a product will be delivered by us or by one of our approved suppliers.
If your order contains a mix of items delivered by us, and items delivered by one of our approved suppliers, it will be automatically split – please allow for multiple deliveries if you order products with different delivery times.
Please contact Dobbies Customer Service team if you have a delivery enquiry about products provided by an approved supplier.
We’ll pass on all your delivery details, including your email address and mobile number, to the relevant approved supplier so you can be contacted with order updates from their chosen courier.
If an approved supplier is unable to deliver to your postcode, you will be notified at checkout.

Forest

Forest aim to deliver between 7 to 10 working days. Please note deliveries to Scotland can take 5-10 days more than the advertised lead time.
Approximately 48 hours before delivery you will receive a 4-hour time slot via Text message. You can respond to this text and we welcome any helpful delivery instructions to ensure a successful delivery.
On the morning of delivery, you will receive an updated 2 hour ETA via email, this will also have a live tracking link for you to track the drivers progress. Upon arrival the friendly driver will deliver your order to a safe place of your choice as long as it is a reasonable request and it is safe to do so within your exterior property or Garden. Please ensure they have unrestricted access, which does not involve passing through your home or garage. We would not risk damaging your property to an unsafe location.
Please note: Some items are hand built to order in the UK and lead-times for these products are 3-4 weeks, you will be notified in the basket at checkout stage if your item has a longer lead time.
Forest also offer an installation service on selected products. After you have booked in your delivery, you will be contacted separately to arrange a suitable installation date. This will usually be carried out by Forest's expert fitting team. However, depending on your location or purchase, a third-party company may be used.
Some products, such as the Vale Greenhouses, Gazebos and Retreat Sheds, offer installation on the same day as delivery. For most products, however, delivery and installation will be arranged separately. Installation is typically within 7-10 days of delivery, however at certain times of the season and depending on postcode this can increase to 3-4 weeks.

A return for an supply only goods can be instructed up to 28 days after the date of delivery, as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Product must be unassembled and in original packaging.

Handy deliver within 3-5 working days after order has been received. Please be aware that for larger items Handy uses a 2-person delivery method. This means they will contact you within 5 working days to arrange delivery.

Harrowdenturf

HarrowdenTurf will contact you directly to book in your delivery. Turf should be layed immediately upon delivery therefore you should only arrange for turf to be delivered on the day you intend to lay it. Reducing the amount of time turf is stored significantly reduces any potential problems that may arise.
Turf is delivered direct to your home by a pallet courier that primarily uses rigid trucks that are designed to reach the majority of UK addresses. However, it is possible that your turf delivery could be made on a larger vehicle. If you think this could be an issue, or you have any delivery restrictions which could affect the delivery, please get in touch before placing your order.

Product is self assembly. Delivery will be made to the near point that is adjacent to the road and clear of obstruction. Carriers will not move product around or through the property. Carriers will contact customer by telephone prior to delivery to confirm deatils and agree suitable delivery date. All dates are approximate. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm (no specific time can be given.) Customers must be avaialbe to check and sign for delivery.

Rowlinson require written confirmation (email) from the retailer for any collection, exchange or order cancellation. Please note a collection charge may apply plus any additional surcharge.
