Mentha Ginger Variegated sports oval-shaped, aromatic green and yellow leaves which are born on reddish, upright stems. In the summer, dense spikes filled with pale-purple flowers also appear.
This culinary variety has a warm flavour that works well with a variety of dishes. Try using it to garnish soft drinks or cocktails!
